Studenta in ultimul an la Facultati de Stiinte Umaniste Valahia-Targoviste. Practica atletismul din anul 1998, fiind actualmente legitimata la CSU Galati. Pe plan national a obtinut numeroase medialii fiind la juniori tripla Campioana Nationala la 3000m si 5000m outdoors si indoors. A reprezentat Romania cu succes in numerose competitii internationale, balcaniade de cros-campionate europene si mondiale, unde cele mai notabile rezultate au fost locul I la individual cat si cu echipa la Balcaniada de cros in 2007, ca junioara si in 2008 la tineret, dar si locul I cu echipa in 2009. In plus, a adus si un titlu balcanic de cros montan in 2008 si a contribuit la punctajul echipei Romaniei de junioare care a terminat pe locul 3 la Campionatul European de cros in 2006. In 2010 a castigat Campionatele Internationale ale Romaniei in proba de 3km. In timpul liber prefera cititul si plimbarile in parc. Este nascuta pe 19 Februarie 1988 in Botosani-judetul Botosani. Fiica lui Cristian si Daniela. Are 2 frati, Andrei si Mihnea.

Pentru echipa Adidas-Boulder Wave Romania cele mai bune performante in 2010 au fost: Campioana Nationala la Semimaraton U23, Locul 1 la Crosul Loteria Romana-Iasi, Locul 2 la Campionatele National de Cros U23; Iar in 2011 a reusit: Locul I la Semimaratonul Internaitonal de la Vienna; Campiona Nationala de Cros la seniori; si numeroase prezente in echipa nationala. Presently a senior at the University of Valahia-Targoviste where she is studying Humanities. Has started track and field in 1988, and is currently competing for CSM Buzau Club. As a junior she is three-time National Champion in the 3k and 5k outdoors and indoors. Has represented Romania on numerous occasions such as World and European championships as well as Balcanic Games. A three-time balcanic cross country champion, as a junior in 2007, as an under 23 in 2008 and with the team in 2009. In addition, she won an individual Balcanic Moutain Running title in 2008 and contributed to Romania's third place junior finish at the European Cross Country Championships in 2006. In 2010 won the 3k outdoors at the International Championships of Romania. Spends her leisure time reading and enjoys walking in the park. Born on February 19^th, 1988 in Botosani-Botosani. Daughter of Cristian and Daniela. Has two brothers, Andrei and Mihnea.

Since joining the Adidas Boulder Wave team the best performances Frumuz obtained in 2010 were: National Champion U23 in the half-marathon; first place in the “Crosul Loteria Roamana-Iasi”; Silver Medal in the U23 National Cross Country Championships; and in 2011 she obtained: First place in the Vienna International Half-Marathon; gold medal at the Romanian Cross Country Senior Nationals; and many medals and presences for the Romanian National Team in international competitions.
